Kemper Freeman is a household name in the Seattle suburb of Bellevue, Washington. He owns downtown Bellevue, with the largest regional mall in the Northwest. Bill Gates lives in Medina along Lake Washington, just one mile from downtown Bellevue.
As one of the largest philanthropists in the Northwest, Kemper Freeman has donated millions of dollars to the people of Bellevue and even Washington State.
